I’m currently looking into Sacramento probate attorneys to find one to help me with my situation. My Mother passed away a few months ago and her will states that I am to be the executor of her estate. I wasn’t too happy to hear that as the grief over her loss has really broken me down, so having to deal with her possessions on top of it all is even more painful. I thought it would be alright with the help of my siblings, but boy was I wrong! They’re all fighting over what they get and what they want, which is why I now need to find a lawyer to help sort it all out. Tack on the debtors knocking at the door for her money and I’m in a big heaping mess. I wish that the process of grieving was not encumbered by greedy people breaking down the door to get what they consider to be theirs!
