Taking Care of My Brass
I need to polish all of my brass ornaments and have purchased a really expensive cleaning rag in order to achieve this. The suppliers of the rag tell me that it had been designed especially for polishing objects such as my brass firework implements. I’m not too sure if it will make a difference having this cleaning rag as opposed to just a normal rag that is made out of an old pair of underwear, but I hope it will.
It will be interesting to find out if this type of cleaning product will make my brass shine even more than it usually does. But what I’m really hoping for is that the job of polishing may become a little bit easier than using a cleaning cloth that has been designed expressly for the purposes of polishing brass work. I estimate that because of the amount of brass that I own it should take me about two days from the start to the finish to get the brass up to the standard that I would like it to be.
